Abstract
The Independent Business Literacy Program is a government program that aims to increase the entrepreneurial independence of its learning citizens. The research study aims to find out (1) How is the implementation of the Independent Business Literacy program at PKBM Al-Kahfi Serang City (2) How successful is the implementation of the Independent Business Literacy program in realizing Entrepreneurial Independence for students studying at PKBM Al-Kahfi Serang City. In this research, the research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were 1 manager and tutor at the Independent Business Literacy program, 1 tutor at the Independent Business Literacy program, 1 tutor and resident studying the Independent Business Literacy program, 4 residents studying at the Independent Business Literacy program. The results of the research that has been carried out show that (1) The implementation of the Independent Business Literacy program at PKBM Al-Kahfi Serang City has a clear direction in its stages as evidenced by various plans, processes and assessments. (2) The success of the Independent Business Literacy program at PKBM Al-Kahfi Serang City in realizing entrepreneurial independence can be said to be successful seen from the achievements of two aspects, namely business start-up and entrepreneurial spirit. These two aspects are already owned by students who have participated in the Independent Business Literacy program at PKBM Al-Kahfi, Serang City.

| Additional Information: | Program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri (KUM) adalah program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian berwirausaha warga belajarnya. Kajian penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana implementasi pelaksanaan program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri di PKBM Al-Kahfi Kota Serang (2) Bagaimana keberhasilan pelaksanaan program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri dalam mewujudkan Kemandirian Berwirausaha warga belajar di PKBM Al-Kahfi Kota Serang. Dalam penelitian ini, penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1 pengelola sekaligus tutor pada program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri, 1 tutor program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri, 1 tutor sekaligus warga belajar program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri, 4 warga belajar pada program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Implementasi pelaksanaan program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri di PKBM Al-Kahfi Kota Serang memiliki arah jelas dalam tahapannya dibuktikkan dari berbagai perencanaan, proses dan penilaiannya. (2) Keberhasilan program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri di PKBM Al-Kahfi Kota Serang dalam mewujudkan kemandirian wirausaha dapat dikatakan berhasil dilihat dari capaian kedua aspek yaitu rintisan usaha dan jiwa kewirausahaan. Kedua aspek tersebut sudah dimiliki oleh warga belajar yang telah mengikuti program Keaksaraan Usaha Mandiri di PKBM Al-Kahfi Kota Serang. | |||||||||
