Abstract

Article 1 Paragraph (1) Public service providers are obliged to conduct regular community satisfaction surveys at least 1 (one) time a year, paragraph (2) The survey is carried out to obtain the Community Satisfaction Index as stated in the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform regulation number 14 of 2017 concerning guidelines for preparing community satisfaction surveys. The identification of the problem in this research is: How is the legal review of the community satisfaction index regarding the service quality of the Religious Courts in Rangkasbitung based on the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing Community Satisfaction Surveys for Public Service Delivery Units? Then, what are the obstacles and efforts made by the Rangkasbitung Religious Court in increasing the community satisfaction index towards the Quality of Religious Court Services? The theories used are Legal Effectiveness Theory and Public Service Theory. The research method is empirical juridical. The research specification is descriptive analysis. The data source is primary data supported by secondary data. Data was obtained and analyzed descriptively using a qualitative approach method. Results of research regarding the Legal Review of the Community Satisfaction Index towards the Quality of Religious Court Services in Rangkasbitung. The obstacles and efforts of the Rangkasbitung Religious Court in increasing community satisfaction have not been fully implemented, this can be proven by the results of the community satisfaction survey. The conclusion is that services at the Rangkasbitung Religious Court have not gone well. Suggestions from the results of this research are for staff at the Rangkasbitung Religious Court to further improve religious court services.

Identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah Bagaimana tinjauan hukum indeks kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan Pengadilan Agama di Rangkasbitung berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 14 Tahun 2017 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat Unit Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik? Kemudian, bagaimana kendala dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh Pengadilan Agama Rangkasbitung dalam meningkatkan indeks kepuasan masyarakat terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pengadilan Agama ? Teori yang digunakan yaitu Teori Efektivitas Hukum dan Teori Pelayanan Publik Metode penelitian yaitu yuridis empiris. Spesifikasi penelitian yaitu deskriptif analisis. Sumber data yaitu data primer yang ditunjang oleh data sekunder. Data di peroleh dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengenai Tinjauan Hukum Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pengadilan Agama Di Rangkasbitung. Kendala dan Upaya Pengadilan Agama Rangkasbitung dalam meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat belum sepenuhnya terlaksana, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil survei kepuasan masyarakat. Kesimpulannya adalah Pelayanan di Pengadilan Agama Rangkasbitung belum berjalan baik. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini agar staf di Pengadilan Agama Rangkasbitung lebih meningkatkan pelayanan pengadilan agama.
