Pos Indonesia Cilegon Office / Under Guidance H. Sudendi, SE., MM. and Ahyakudin, SE., MM. This research was conducted to discuss the effect of Work Environment, Intrinsic Motivation, and Preventive Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Cilegon Office. From the problem of this researcher, a search of research was conducted which formulated three hypotheses, namely H1, H2, H3. The method in this study is descriptive which uses a sample of 66 respondents with a questionnaire research instrument compiled based on indicators of Work Environment (X1), Intrinsic Motivation (X2), and Preventive Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The results of data processing showed partial positive and significant work environment on the performance of employees at PT. Indonesia Post Office Cilegon Office, Intrinsic Motivation determines positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Cilegon Office, Positive and significant Preventive Discipline on employee Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Cilegon Office. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Intrinsik, dan Disiplin Preventif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Cilegon. Dari permasalahan peneliti ini dilakukan penelusuran penelitian terdahulu maka dirumuskan 3 hipotesis yaitu H1,H2,H3. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif yang menggunakan sampel penelitian sebanyak 66 responden dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan indikator Lingkungan Kerja (X1), Motivasi Intrinsik (X2), dan Disiplin Preventif (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Cilegon, Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Cilegon, Disiplin Preventif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Cilegon.
