Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using blog media in PPKn learning on the learning outcomes of class XI students at Nurul Husen Vocational School. The approach taken was a one group experiment with data collection using pre-test and post-test. This research was used on class XI students at Nurul Husen Vocational School. The results of this research show that there is an influence of the use of blog media in Civics learning on student learning outcomes. In testing the normality of the pretest data and posttest data, it is normally distributed because the significance value of the pretest and posttest data is greater than the significance level value, which is 0.05. In the homogeneity test, there is a value greater than alpha 0.05, namely 0.818, which means that both data have the same variance (homogeneous data). In hypothesis testing, there were 20 respondents who experienced an increase in learning outcomes from pre-test scores to post-test scores. The average learning outcome score increased by 10.97. The number of positive rankings was 208.50. Based on the results of the Significance Test output, it is known that the asympsig (2-tailed) is 0.000. Because the value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. The results show an Asymp.Sig value of 0.000, which means there is a significant influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media blog dalam pembelajaran PPKn terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMK Nurul Husen. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah one group eksperimen dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Penelitian ini digunakan pada siswa kelas XI SMK Nurul Husen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media blog dalam pembelajaran PKn terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dalam pengujian normalitas data pretest dan data posttest berdistribusi normal karena nilai signifikansi data pretest dan posttest lebih besar dari nilai tingkat signifikansi yaitu 0,05. Pada uji homogenitas terdapat nilai yang lebih besar dari alpha 0,05 yaitu 0,818 yang berarti kedua data mempunyai varian yang sama (data homogen). Pada pengujian hipotesis terdapat 20 responden yang mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar dari nilai pre-test ke nilai post-test. Rata-rata skor hasil belajar meningkat sebesar 10,97. Jumlah peringkat positif sebanyak 208,50. Berdasarkan hasil keluaran Uji Signifikansi diketahui asympsig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka hipotesis diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Asymp.Sig sebesar 0,000 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.
