Abstract
Ferdy Sambo considers that the media has framed information that has had a bad influence on the public in the case of the murder of Brigadier J. This research uses a qualitative approach based on the constructivist paradigm with the aim of finding out how the news framing of the 11 July 2022 edition of Ferdy Sambo uses Robert N. Entman's analytical model.. Collection The data was carried out using a collection of news or articles that were published on July 11 2022. There are four research elements, Define Problems, there was an exchange of gunfire between police which occurred on July 8 2022 at the official residence of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, the victim named Brigadier J. Diagnose causes (Estimating the Problem or Source of the Problem) Brigadier J entered the private room of Ferdy Sambo's wife (Putri Chandrawati) and abused her. Making moral judgment (Making Moral Decisions) has pros and cons. . The pro side wants Ferdy Sambo's position to be deactivated while the contra side refuses on the grounds that it is irrelevant. Treatment Recommendation (Emphasizing Resolution) The family asked the police for CCTV evidence so that it could be proven accurately. In reporting on the July 11 2022 edition of Ferdy Sambo, Detiknews.com tends to report the chronology of events, the cause of Brigadier J's death and the issue of sexual harassment against Ferdy Sambo's wife.

Entman.. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kumpulan berita atau artikel yang telah terbit pada 11 Juli 2022. Terdapat empat elemen penelitian, Define Problems (Pendefinisian Masalah) terjadi aksi tembak saling tembak antar polisi yang terjadi pada 8 Juli 2022 di rumah dinas Irjen Ferdy Sambo korban bernama Brigadir J. Diagnose causes (Memperkirakan Masalah atau Sumber Masalah) Brigadir J masuk ke kamar pribadi istri Ferdy Sambo (Putri Chandrawati) dan melakukan pelecehan. Make moral judgement (Membuat Keputusan Moral) terdapat pihak pro dan kontra. . Pihak pro ingin jabatan Ferdy Sambo dinonaktifkan sedangkan pihak kontra menolak dengan alasan tidak relevan. Treatment Recommendation (Menekankan Penyelesaian) pihak keluarga meminta bukti CCTV kepada polisi agar dapat dibuktikan secara akurat. Pada pemberitaaan Ferdy Sambo edisi 11 Juli 2022, Detiknews.com cenderung memberitakan kronologi kejadian, penyebab kematian Brigadir J dan isu terjadinya pelecehan seksual terhadap istri Ferdy Sambo. | |||||||||
