Abstract
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Dinamika Komite Olahraga Masyarakat Indonesia Kota Serang dalam mengembangkan olahraga tradisional. Adapun waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga mei 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam proses pengambilan data yaitu dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara menggunakan teknik probability purposive sampling kepada pengurus KORMI Kota Serang. Selanjutnya data dengan menyebarkan instrument berupa angket pernyataan yang diberikan pada responden pengurus komite olahraga masyarakat Kota Serang, PORTINA Kota Serang, dan Atlit Olahraga Tradisional Kota Serang untuk mengetahui informasi tentang dinamika manajemen komite olahraga masyarakat terhadap pengembangan permainan tradisional Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kormi Kota Serang sebagai lembaga yang menaungi olahraga tradisional Indonesia telah melakukan upaya dalam mengembangkan olahraga tradisional yang hampir sepi peminat dengan cara menyelenggarakan event invitasi yang akan diselenggarakan setiap tahun. Maka dari itu, KORMI Kota Serang akan melakukan pembinaan, dan pengembangan olahraga tradisional yang ada di Kota Serang.

| Additional Information: | The background of this research is to find out the Dynamics of the Indonesian Community Sports Committee of Serang City in developing traditional sports. The research time was carried out from March to May 2023. The method used is qualitative research. The approach in the data collection process is a qualitative approach using interview techniques using probability purposive sampling techniques to the Serang City kormi management. Furthermore, data by distributing instruments in the form of questionnaire statements given to respondents of the Serang City community sports committee management, PORTINA Serang City, and Serang City Traditional Sports Athletes to find out information about the dynamics of community sports committee management towards the development of traditional Indonesian games. The results of the study state that the Serang City community sports committee as an institution that oversees traditional Indonesian sports has made efforts to develop traditional sports that are almost deserted by organizing invitational events that will be held every year. Therefore, the Serang City community sports committee will carry out coaching, and the development of traditional sports in Serang City. | |||||||||
