Abstract

This research is based on the problem of low self-discipline behavior in students. One effort that can be made to deal with this problem is by providing guidance and counseling services using creative media. The aim of this research and development is to develop appropriate and effective book-shaped media that can be used for selfdiscipline problems. The research method used in this research is research and development (R&D) with the concept of developing the ADDIE model with stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects in this research trial were 5 students of class XI MAN 1 Pandeglang who had low selfdiscipline behavior. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. The average results of the feasibility test by material, media, language and practitioner experts were 90.83% or in the "very feasible" category. Furthermore, the results of limited tests on development products showed that the self-discipline behavior of 5 students increased. So it can be concluded that bullet journal media is feasible and can improve students' self-discipline.
