Abstract

The construction of buildings and non-buildings generally employs reinforced concrete using conventional methods. Over time, these methods have evolved, giving rise to other approaches such as precast and prestressed methods. However, these methods still exhibit certain drawbacks, such as the relatively high density of the materials used and their impact on other structural aspects. New innovations have begun to emerge in response to these issues, such as super lightweight panels with a material density of around 650 kg/m3. This study aims to examine other structural components (beams and columns) by comparing the reinforcement requirements and deflections of two buildings with different types of panels. The testing conducted involves an analytical approach utilizing software tools such as ETABS 9.7.1, TEDDS, spColumn, and Excel. The research results indicate that there are differences in the reinforcement requirements for beams and columns as well as the deflections that occur between the two buildings with distinct panels. This variance can lead to a reduction in the amount of required reinforcement while still satisfying the standards set by SNI 1726:2019, based on shear force values and displacement during seismic events.

Additional Information: Pembangunan gedung dan non gedung umumnya menggunakan beton bertulang dengan metode konvensional. Seiring berjalannya waktu metode tersebut mengalami perkembangan sehingga muncul metode lain seperti pracetak dan prategang. Metode tersebut masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan seperti berat jenis material yang terbilang cukup tinggi dan berdampak struktur lainnya. Inovasi baru mulai bermunculan terkait permasalahan ini seperti pelat superpanel dengan berat jenis material yang terbilang ringan sebesar 650 kg/m3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau struktur lainnya (balok dan kolom) dengan membandingkan kebutuhan tulangan dan simpangan dari kedua bangunan dengan pelat yang berbeda. Pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak ETABS 9.7.1, TEDDS, spColumn dan Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebutuhan tulangan balok dan kolom serta simpangan yang terjadi terdapat selisih sehingga dapat mereduksi jumlah tulangan dan memenuhi persyaratan standar SNI 1726:2019 berdasarkan nilai gaya geser, dan perpindahan selama gempa yang sudah ada.
