Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors influencing honey production by Trigona spp bees at the beekeeper level. The analytical methods used involve multiple linear regression and the application of the Cobb-Douglas function formula. The study utilizes three main variables significant in affecting honey production: nectar-producing plants, the number of bee colonies, and temperature. The results of this research indicate that the number of colonies variable has a statistically significant influence, while the variables of nectar-producing plants and temperature have significance values of 0.859 and 0.275, respectively, indicating no significant impact on honey production. Through the F-test, it is known that all three factors examined, namely nectar-producing plants, the number of colonies, and temperature, collectively have a significant effect on bee honey production.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi madu Trigona Spp di tingkat peternak lebah madu. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan penerapan rumus fungsi cobb-douglas. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat tiga variabel utama yang signifikan dalam memengaruhi produksi madu, yaitu tanaman penghasil nektar, jumlah koloni, dan suhu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel jumlah koloni memiliki pengaruh yang signifika dibandingkan dengan variabel tanaman penghasil nektar dan suhu yang memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,859 dan 0,275 yang mengindikasikan tidak adanya pengaruh terhadap produksi madu.Melalui uji F diketahui bahwa ketiga faktor yang diteliti yaitu tanaman penghasil nektar, jumlah koloni dan suhu secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produksi madu lebah Trigona Spp.
