Abstract
Soil is very important for humans. The relationship between man and land is inseparable. Humans were created from the land, live on land and obtain food by utilizing the resources of the land. The emergence of conflict is also usually caused by a pattern of interaction that is not good because of differences in opinions, points of view or interests. As happened in Margatirta Village where the land was evicted due to the B3 waste development plan, the evicted land will later be used as a road for access in and out of company vehicles. The land that was unilaterally evicted caused huge losses to the affected communities because it was only valued at 20,000 / meter. This then causes conflicts caused by land grabbing and selling prices that are not in accordance with market selling values. Therefore, researchers want to know how the agrarian conflict that occurred in Margatirta village took place. As an analytical knife, the author uses Christodoulou's ideas regarding the source of agrarian conflict. In the methodological aspect, this research uses descriptive qualitative methods that will describe as a whole related to the conflict that occurs then described systematically, in detail and factually. The results showed that the source of agrarian conflict that occurred was the control of land by Local Strongman who used his power to fulfill his interests.

| Additional Information: | Tanah sangat penting bagi manusia. Hubungan antara manusia dan tanah tidak bisa dipisahkan. Manusia diciptakan dari tanah, hidup di darat dan mendapatkan makanan dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya tanah. Kemunculan konflik juga biasanya di sebabkan oleh adanya pola interaksi yang kurang baik karena adanya perbedaan pendapat sudut pandang atau kepentingan. Seperti yang terjadi di Desa Margatirta yang lahannya di gusur akibat adanya rencana pembangunan limbah B3, lahan yang digusur tersebut nantinya akan dijadikan sebagai jalan untuk akses keluar masuk kendaraan perusahaan. Lahan yang digusur secara sepihak tersebut menyebabkan kerugian yang sangat besar bagi masyarakat yang terdampak karena hanya dihargai 20.000/meter nya. Hal ini kemudian menimbulkan konflik yang disebabkan adanya penyerobotan tanah dan harga jual yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai jual pasar. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana konflik agraria yang terjadi di desa margatirta berlangsung. Sebagai pisau analisa penulis menggunakan buah pikir dari Christodoulou terkait sumber dari konflik agraria. Pada aspek metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang akan menggambarkan secara utuh terkait konflik yang terjadi kemudian di deskripsikan secara sistematis, rinci dan faktual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sumber konflik agraria yang terjadi yaitu adanya penguasaan tanah oleh Local Strongman yang menggunakan kekuasaannya untuk memenuhi kepentingannya. | ||||||
