Abstract

This research aims to optimize the introduction of healthy and nutritionally balanced eating in early childhood development at Azzahroh Kindergarten, Serang City. This research uses a quantitative experimental method with a quasi-experimental type of research. The sample used in this research was 20 children consisting of 10 experimental class children and 10 control class children. The data analysis technique is statistical using the t test which shows the level of significance. This shows that optimizing healthy and nutritionally balanced eating has an influence on early childhood development. From the results of this research it can be concluded that it is to optimize the development of early childhood. So parents must pay attention to and implement nutritional guidelines, namely: consuming a variety of foods, consuming food with the aim of providing sufficient energy, consuming foods that contain iron, drinking water regularly and getting used to consuming vegetables

Additional Information: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk optimalisasi pengenalan makan sehat dan bergizi seimbang pada perkembangan anak usia dini di TK Azzahroh kota serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperiment. Sampel yang digunakan di penelitian ini berjumlah 20 anak yang terdiri dari 10 anak kelas eksperimen dan 10 anak kelas kontrol. Teknik analisis data berupa statistic menggunakan uji t yang menunjukan tingkat signifikan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa optimalisasi makan sehat dan bergizi seimbang pada perkembangan anak usia dini berpengaruh. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan anak usia dini. Maka orang tua harus memperhatikan serta menerapkan pedoman gizi yaitu : konsumsi makanan beraneka ragam, konsumsi makanan dengan tujuan untuk mencukupi energi, mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung zat besi, minum air putih secara rutin dam membiasakan mengkonsumsi sayuran.
