Abstract
This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Placement (X1) and Work Experience (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with Job Satisfaction (Z) as an Intervening Variable on CV. Aletha Collection Central Jakarta. The method used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 82 employees on CVs. Aletha Collection. The sample of this study used the entire study population using census sampling. The data analysis technique in this study uses Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS Version 3.0 analysis tool for students. The results of this study show that: (1) job placement does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) work experience does not have a positive and significant effect on performance (3) job placement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) work experience has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) job satisfaction is able to mediate the placement relationship work with employee performance, and (7) job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between work experience and employee performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja (X1) Dan Pengalaman Kerja (X2) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) Dengan Kepuasan Kerja (Z) Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada CV. Aletha Collection Jakarta Pusat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 82 orang karyawan pada CV. Aletha Collection. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling sensus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Stuctural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS Versi 3.0 Pelajar. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penempatan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (4) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (6) kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan penempatan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan (7) kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan pengalaman kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. | |||||||||
