Abstract
This study aims to describe (1) the stages of community empowerment in the Coorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of Kampung Berseri Astra in Kampung Kayu Besar Cengkareng. (2) Indicators of success of community empowerment in the Coorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of Kampung Berseri Astra in Kampung Kayu Besar Cengkareng. The approach used is a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources in this study consisted of 11 people, namely 1 head of the Kayu Besar Cengkareng KBA, 4 chief coordinators of the 4 pillars of the KBA, and 6 people from the Kayu Besa Cengkareng community. The results of the research show that: (1) the stages of community empowerment in the CSR program of KBA Kayu Besar Cemgkareng using theory according to Isbandi Rukminto Adi, the preparation stage, the study stage, the alternative planning stage, the action plan formulation stage, the program implementation stage, the evaluation stage, and the termination stage. (2) indicators of success in community empowerment using Riant Nugroho's theory, namely access, participation, control, and benefits.

Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 11 orang, yaitu 1 orang kepala KBA Kayu Besar Cengkareng, 4 orang koordinator utama 4 pilar KBA, dan 6 orang dari masyarakat Kayu Besa Cengkareng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tahapan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam program CSR KBA Kayu Besar Cemgkareng menggunakan teori menurut Isbandi Rukminto Adi, tahap persiapan, tahap studi, tahap perencanaan alternatif, tahap perumusan rencana aksi, tahap pelaksanaan program, tahap evaluasi, dan tahap penghentian.
