Abstract
ABSTRACT MEDIATION EFFECT OF SATISFACTION JOB EMPLOYEES TO EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. PUNDI KENCANA - CILEGON By: M. Derry Emil Salim Human Capital Management – University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa email : [email protected] The reaction of dissatisfaction with the policies in a company will have an impact on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of corporate policy effectiveness on job satisfaction and employee performance, with organizational justice and organizational communication climate as an intervening variable between the effectiveness of corporate policy and job satisfaction. The research method used quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 75 samples of employees at PT Pundi Kencana selected through stratified random sampling technique. Research data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that organizational justice and organizational communication climate is not proven to have a significant effect on job satisfaction; While the effectiveness of company policy proved to have a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice and communication climate of the organization; Job satisfaction proved to have a significant effect on employee performance. Derry Emil Salim Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia-Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa email : [email protected] Reaksi ketidakpuasan atas kebijakan dalam sebuah perusahaan akan berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas kebijakan perusahaan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, dengan keadilan organisasional dan iklim komunikasi organisasi sebagai variabel intervening antara efektivitas kebijakan perusahaan dan kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuisioner pada 75 sampel karyawan di PT Pundi Kencana yang dipilih melalui teknik stratified random sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional dan iklim komunikasi organisasi tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; Efektivitas kebijakan perusahaan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, keadilan organisasional dan iklim komunikasi organisasi; dan kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
