Abstract
The aim of this study is to find out the results of the influence in the 4C Skills (Critical thinking, Creative, Communication, Collaboration) on the learning outcomes in the machine subject according to the student and teacher aspects. The research approach adopted is quantitative with the research design used is ex post facto. The research site was carried out at the two different schools of the city and the city area, namely SMK State 2 City of Serang and SMK YPWKS City of Cilegon with data collection namely observation, questionnaire/quesioner and library study. The result of the lift data collection was a student and teacher with a total of 131 students and 11 teachers with data analysis techniques are validity tests, rehabilitation tests and simple linear regression tests. As for the result according to the student’s aspect in the determination coefficient (r2) is 0.843 or in the percentage is (84.3%) and according to a teacher's aspect in a determination (r2), is 0.919 or in percent is (91,9%), so the skills of the 4C have an influence on the learning outcome in the machine subjects in both vocational high school.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil dari pengaruh dalam Keterampilan 4C (Critical thinking, Creative, Communication, Collaboration) terhadap hasil belajar dalam mata pelajaran mesin bubut menurut aspek siswa dan aspek guru. Pendekatan penelitian yang diguanakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex post facto. Tempat penelitian dilakukan pada kedua sekolah yang berbeda strata dan wilayah kota yaitu SMK Negeri 2 Kota Serang dan SMK YPWKS Kota Cilegon dengan pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, angket/kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil pengumpulan data angket yang diambil adalah siswa dan guru dengan jumlah 131 siswa dan 11 guru dengan Teknik analisis data adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Adapun hasil menurut aspek siswa dalam koefisien determinasi (r2) adalah 0,843 atau dalam persen adalah (84,3%) dan menurut aspek guru dalam koefisien determinasi (r2) adalah 0,919 atau dalam persen adalah (91,9%), jadi keterampilan 4C memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar di mata pelajaran mesin bubut pada kedua sekolah SMK tersebut. | |||||||||
