Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of administering several concentrations of rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of two varieties of spring onions (Allium fistulosum L.). This research was carried out from March to June 2023 in Parigi Village, Tanjungsari Village, Pabuaran District, Serang City, Banten Province. The method used was a factorial Randomized Block Design consisting of two factors and three replications. The first factor is the concentration of rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer with seven levels: 0 ml/l, 5 ml/l, 10 ml/l, 15 ml/l, 20 ml/l, 25 ml/l, 30 ml/l. The second factor is the leek variety with two levels of the Fragrant variety, the Blaze F1 variety. The results showed that rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 10 ml/l showed the best effect on plant height parameters at 3 weeks after planting (WAP) and 10 WAP, as well as root length at 10 WAP, but had no effect on the parameters of number of leaves, number of tillers, weight canopy wetness, root wet weight, shoot dry weight, and root dry weight. The Fragrant variety showed the best effect at 3 WAP and 6 WAP on the parameters of plant height and number of leaves at 7 WAP, but had no effect on the parameters of number of tillers, root length, shoot wet weight, root wet weight, shoot dry weight, and plant weight. dry roots. Meanwhile, the Blaze F1 variety did not have an influence on all parameters. There was an interaction effect between 20 ml/l rabbit urine treatment and the Fragrant variety only on the parameter number of leaves at 6 WAP.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian beberapa konsentrasi pupuk organik cair urin kelinci terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil dua varietas bawang daun (Allium fistulosum L.). Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Kampung Parigi, Desa Tanjungsari, Kecamatan Pabuaran, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi pupuk organik cair urin kelinci dengan tujuh taraf yaitu 0 ml/l, 5 ml/l, 10 ml/l, 15 ml/l, 20 ml/l, 25 ml/l, 30 ml/l. Faktor kedua yaitu varietas bawang daun dengan dua taraf yaitu varietas Fragrant, varietas Blaze F1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pupuk organik cair urin kelinci dengan konsentrasi 10 ml/l menunjukkan pengaruh terbaik pada parameter tinggi tanaman pada umur 3 MST dan 10 MST, serta panjang akar pada umur 10 MST, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap parameter jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, bobot basah tajuk, bobot basah akar, bobot kering tajuk, dan bobot kering akar. Varietas Fragrant menunjukkan pengaruh terbaik pada umur 3 minggu setelah tanam (MST) dan 6 MST pada parameter tinggi tanaman, dan jumlah daun pada umur 7 MST, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap parameter jumlah anakan, panjang akar, bobot basah tajuk, bobot basah akar, bobot kering tajuk, dan bobot kering akar. Sedangkan varietas Blaze F1 tidak memberikan pengaruh pada semua parameter. Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara perlakuan pupuk organik cair urin kelinci 20 ml/l dengan varietas Fragrant hanya pada parameter jumlah daun pada umur 6 MST.
