Abstract

This research aims to develop interactive e-module products as a medium for student learning on class X virus material. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) research methods with the Sugiyono development model which includes potential and problem stages, data collection, product design, design validation, product revision and product trials. The data collection instruments used are material expert assessment instruments, media experts and student response tests. The results of the material expert validation test on aspects of curriculum, content feasibility, and language obtained an average score of 78% in the feasible category. The results of media expert validation tests on aspects of cover design, content design, image and video suitability, product anatomy, and programming obtained an average score of 87% in the very decent category. The results of the validation test of material experts and media experts as a whole obtained an average score of 82.5% in the very decent category. The results of student product trials on aspects of appearance, language, and media benefits obtained an average score of 85% with a very decent category. Based on the results of research and development, that interactive e-module learning media on viral material as a learning medium for grade X high school students is very feasible to be used as a biology learning media.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk e-modul interaktif sebagai media pembelajaran siswa pada materi virus kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Sugiyono yang meliputi tahapan potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi produk dan uji coba produk. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah instrumen penilaian ahli materi, ahli media dan uji respon siswa. Hasil uji validasi ahli materi pada aspek kurikulum, kelayakan isi, dan bahasa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 78% dengan kategori layak. Hasil uji validasi ahli media pada aspek desain cover, desain isi, kesesuaian gambar dan video, anatomi produk, dan pemrograman memperoleh nilai rata-rata 87% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji validasi ahli materi dan ahli media secara keseluruhan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 82,5% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba produk siswa pada aspek tampilan, bahasa, dan manfaat media memperoleh nilai rata-rata 85% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan, bahwa media pembelajaran e-modul interaktif pada materi virus sebagai media pembelajaran siswa SMA kelas X sangat layak untuk dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran biologi.
