Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Aliva Berlian Baratama. The method used in this research is quantitative, the sample used in this research was 97 respondents and was taken using the saturated sample method and the data analysis method used structural equation modeling (SEM) based on variance or partial least squares (PLS) 3.0.The results of this research show that Transformational Leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, while Work Motivation and Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisa pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Aliva Berlian Baratama. Metoda yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden dan diambil dengan metode sampel jenuh dan metode analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modelling - SEM) berbasis varian atau partial least square ( PLS) 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
