Abstract
The The work of teachers in the 21st century is very complex and changing rapidly due to advances in science and technology, demographic changes, globalization and the environment. 21st century education emphasizes the 4C skills: creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. Teachers must become learners and agents of school change, and integrate technology in learning. In connection with what SDIT Irysadul Ibad Pandeglang is doing by presenting this learning through the use of appropriate learning models, such ascooperative learning, problem based learning, project based learning, anddiscovery learning. This research aims to determine learning planning using models oriented to 21st century skills, the process of implementing learning using models oriented to 21st century skills, the results of implementing learning models oriented to 21st century skills. This research uses qualitative approach, descriptive method where data collection uses data in the form of words and images. There were 55 resource persons in the research. Consisting of 1 school principal, 2 class IV teachers, 26 students from Abu Ubaidillah class, and 26 students from Jafar class. The research results show that teachers have played an active role as administrators in making learning plans. In implementing learning using models cooperative learning, problem based learning, project based learning, and discovery learning The role of the teacher runs smoothly in accordance with the plans prepared by the teacher in the teaching module and carries out learning activities in accordance with the model syntax used as a means of 4C skills (creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration) of students, especially in class IV Abu Ubaidillah and class IV Jafar.

Pendidikan abad 21 menekankan keterampilan 4C: kreativitas, berpikir kritis, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi. Guru harus menjadi pembelajar dan agen perubahan sekolah, serta mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Berkaitan dengan yang dilakukan oleh SDIT Irysadul Ibad Pandeglang dengan menghadirkan pembelajaran tersebut melalui penggunaan model-model pembelajaran yang sesuai, seperti cooperative learning, problem based learning, project based learning, dan discovery learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model-model yang berorientasi pada keterampilan abad 21, proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model-model yang berorientasi pada keterampilan abad 21, hasil pelaksanaan model-model pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada keterampilan abad 21. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif dimana pengumpulan datanya menggunakan data yang berupa kata-kata, dan gambar. Narasumber pada penelitian berjumlah 55. Terdiri dari 1 orang kepala sekolah, 2 orang guru kelas IV, 26 peserta didik kelas Abu Ubaidillah, dan 26 peserta didik kelas Jafar. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru telah berperan aktif sebagai administrator dalam membuat perencanaan pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model cooperative learning, problem based learning, project based learning, dan discovery learning peran guru berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan perencanaan yang disusun oleh guru pada modul ajar dan melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai dengan sintak model yang digunakan sebagai sarana keterampilan 4C (kreativitas, berpikir kritis, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi) peserta didik terkhusus di kelas IV Abu Ubaidillah dan kelas IV Jafar. | |||||||||
