Abstract
The lack of optimization of the learning process and the lack of media utilization in mathematics learning causes problems in the form of low mathematical cognitive outcomes in students that affect their application in everyday life so that a solution is needed to overcome these problems by developing appropriate learning media. This study aims to explain the process of developing wordwall web-based interactive game learning media in learning math algebra material and measuring the level of validity, effectiveness, and practicality of the media. The type of research used is development research (research and development) with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). To determine the level of media feasibility can be seen from the results of media validation and student response questionnaires and questionnaires distributed during the trial process. The subjects in this study were 36 students of class VII-A SMP Negeri 10 Jakarta. Based on the validation process that has been carried out, a percentage of 85% was obtained for material validation, 86% for media validation, and 95% for the results of the student practicality response questionnaire. Then there is an increase in students' pretest and posttest results from an average of 4,06 to 6,39 and the results obtained that the significant value calculated using the Paired T-Test test is 0.000 <0.05. So H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted, meaning that the hypothesis states that there is an increase in students' mathematical cognitive abilities between before and after the development of wordwall web-based interactive learning media. Thus, it can be concluded that the wordwall web-based interactive game learning media is valid, practical, effective, and very feasible to be used as a tool in learning mathematics algebra material class VII-A SMP Negeri 10 Jakarta..

Additional Information: | Kurang optimalnya proses pembelajaran serta minimnya pemanfaatan media pada pembelajaran matematika menyebabkan munculnya permasalahan berupa rendahnya hasil kognitif matematis pada siswa yang berpengaruh pada penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga diperlukan adanya solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan mengembangan media pembelajaran yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses pengembangan media pembelajaran game interaktif berbasis web wordwall pada pembelajaran matematika materi aljabar serta mengukur tingkat kevalidan, keefektifan, dan kepraktisan medianya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development) dengan model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation). Untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media dapat dilihat dari hasil validasi media dan angket respon siswa serta kuesioner yang dibagikan saat proses uji coba. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 siswa kelas VII-A SMP Negeri 10 Jakarta. Berdasarkan proses validasi yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh persentase sebesar 85% untuk validasi materi, 86% untuk validasi media, serta 95% untuk hasil angket respon kepraktisan siswa. Kemudian terdapat peningkatan dari hasil pretest dan posttest siswa dari rata-rata 4,06 ke 6,39 dan diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai signifikan yang dihitung menggunakan uji Paired T-Test sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka H_0 ditolak dan H_1 diterima, artinya hipotesis menyatakan bahwa adanya peningkatan kemampuan kognitif matematis siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah adanya pengembangan media pembelajaran interakrif berbasis web wordwall. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran game interaktif berbasis web wordwall valid, praktis, efektif, dan sangat layak dimanfaatkan sebagai alat bantu dalam pembelajaran matematika materi aljabar kelas VII-A SMP Negeri 10 Jakarta. | |||||||||
