Abstract
Management is the process of implementing activities in organizations in the form of planning, organizing, controlling, directing, and supervising. Community participation, or citizen participation, is a process in which citizens, as individual beings as well as social groups and organizations, take part and influence the planning process for implementing and monitoring policies that directly affect their lives. And community welfare is the condition of fulfilling the material, spiritual, and social needs of citizens in order to live properly and be able to develop themselves so that they can carry out their social functions. This research will discuss how managers foster participation and improve community welfare through programs created through good management. When viewed from the analysis and type of data, this research is descriptive qualitative research. The source of the data comes from the head of the village of Lengkong Kulon, the director of the bumdes, the manager of the bumdes, and several other people who participate in the bumdes program. Data collection steps are orientation, exploration, and member check. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study are: 1) the management of bumdes is considered quite good in its implementation. 2) Community participation is still lacking because the socialization process in the community is not maximized. 3) The level of community welfare has increased quite a bit after the implementation of the bumdes program.

| Additional Information: | Manajemen adalah suatu proses pelaksanaan aktifitas-aktifitas dalam organisasi berupa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengendalian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan. Partisipasi masyarakat atau partisipasi warga adalah proses ketika warga, sebagai makhluk individu maupun kelompok sosial dan organisasi, mengambil peran serta ikut mempengaruhi proses perencanaan pelaksanaan dan pemantauan kebijakan yang langsung mempengaruhi kehidupan mereka. Dan kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah kondisi terpenuhinya kebutuhan material, spiritual, dan sosial warga negara agar dapat hidup layak dan mampu mengembangkan diri, sehingga dapat melaksanakan fungsi sosialnya. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas tentang bagaimana pengelola menumbuhkan partisipasi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui program yang dibuat melalui manajemen yang baik. Bila dilihat dari analisis dan jenis datanya, maka penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif . Sumber datanya berasal dari kepala desa lengkong kulon, direktur bumdes, pengelola bumdes dan beberapa masyarakat yang mengikuti program bumdes. Langkah pengumpulan data yaitu orientasi, eksplorasi dan member check. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni 1) manajemen pengelola bumdes dinilai cukup baik dalam pelaksanaanya. 2) partisipasi masyarakat masih kurang dikarenakan tidak maksimalnya proses sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. 3) tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat cukup meningkat setelah dilaksanakannya program bumdes. | |||||||||
