Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the package C equality program evaluation at SPNF SKB Serang City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this research include the Head of SPNF SKB Serang City, package C students, and package C tutors. The objects studied are data on the implementation of the package C equality program. The research instruments are researchers who are assisted by observation, interview and observation guidelines. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that (1) the context evaluation results are all quite good, but the relevance of the curriculum is still not good because there is still adaptation to the new curriculum (2) the input evaluation results are all good, but the method needs to be be improved further, the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure must also be improved (3) the results of the process evaluation (process) are all quite good, however the activeness of package C students is not yet visible and needs to be improved further in terms of attendance and participation in class (4) evaluation results The product is quite good, because the participants have mastered the material and it is in accordance with the program achievement indicators, even though it is not perfect. Based on the evaluation results, it is recommended that the Package C program continue its implementation because it can provide benefits for students, alumni and the community. The results of the evaluation of the package C equality education program at SPNF SKB Serang City using the CIPP evaluation model were overall quite good, but there are still some improvements regarding the implementation of classroom learning activities to produce the quality and quantity of competent and professional graduates.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan evaluasi program kesetaraan paket C di SPNF SKB Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kepala SPNF SKB Kota Serang, peserta didik paket C, dan tutor paket C. Objek yang diteliti adalah data pelaksanaan program kesataraan paket C. Instrumen penelitiannya adalah peneliti yang dibantu dengan pedoman observasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara,dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil evaluasi context (konteks) seluruhnya sudah cukup baik, akan tetapi relevansi kurikulum masih kurang baik dikarenakan masih adanya daptasi dengan kurikulum baru (2) hasil evaluasi input (masukan) seluruhnya sudah baik, akan tetapi pada metode perlu ditingkatkan lagi,sarana dan prasarana juga harus ditingkatkan lagi perawatannya (3) hasil evaluasi process (proses) seluruhnya cukup baik, akan tetapi keaktifan dari peserta didik paket C belum terlihat dan perlu ditingkatkan lagi dalam segi kehadiran dan pasrtisipasinya di kelas (4) hasil evaluasi product (produk)sudah cukup baik, dikarenakan peserta menguasai materi dan sesuai dengan indikator ketercapaian program walaupun belum sempurna. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut direkomendasikan bahwa program paket C dilanjutkan pelaksanaannya karena dapat memberikan manfaat bagi warga belajar,alumni dan masyarakat. Hasil evaluasi program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di SPNF SKB Kota Serang dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP secara keseluruhan terlaksana dengan cukup baik, tetapi masih perlu beberapa perbaikan terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dikelas guna menghasilkan kualitas dan kuantitas lulusan yang berkompeten dan profesional.
