Abstract

The research was aimed to know the growth and yield of aplication three varieties of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) and the concentration level of organic fertilizer. This research was conducted in the Integrated Agricutural System Area (Sitandu), Curug District, Serang City, Banten Provance from June until August 2023. This research used a factorial Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) consisted of two factors and three replications. The first factor was the types of shallot varieties (V) which consisted of three levels, namely Bima Brebes = V1, Tajuk = V2, Bauji = V3. The second factor was the consentration levels of Biofertilizer which consisted three levels, namely P1 = 10 ml/l, P2 = 20 ml/l, P3 = 30 ml/l. The results showed that the treatment at a variety of Tajuk gave the best effect on parameters number of tubers per hill (9.83 tubers) and diameter of tubers per hill (2.17 cm). The concentration of Biofertilizer P1 (10 ml/l) gave the best effect on number of tubers per hill parameters (9.56 tubers). There was an interaction between the treatment of Tajuk variety and the concentration of Biofertilizer P1 (10 ml/l) to the parameters diameter of tubers (2.69 mm).
