Abstract

This research is to know identify the types of Pteridophyta in Gunung Pinang, Kramatwatu sub-district, Serang distict, Banten. Gunung Pinang is a production forest managedby the Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan (KPH) Banten. The sample collection procedure uses the cruise methods. The collected data are identified and describedbasedontheir morphology.13typesof Pteridophytafrom6familieswere obtained, are Aspleniaceae, Dryopteridaceae, Lygodiaceae, Polypodiaceae, Pteridaceae, Thelypteridaceae.The most common type of Pteridophyta from the Polypodiaceae family,are 5species.Thepteridophyta thathavebeenfoundinclude growing upright on the ground, in rock crevices, but there are also those on trees. The results of this study are used as a recommendation for biology learning resources KD 3.8 class X Pteridophyta sub-concept.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis-jenisPteridophyta di Gunung Pinang, Kecamatan Kramatwatu, Kabupaten Serang, Banten. Gunung Pinang merupakan hutan produksi yang dikelola oleh Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan (KPH) Banten.Pengumpulan sampelmenggunakan metode jelajah. Data yang dikumpulkan diidentifikasi dan dideskripsikanberdasarkan ciri morfologinya. Diperoleh13jenisPteridophytadari6Famili,yaituAspleniaceae,Dryopteridaceae, Lygodiaceae, Polypodiaceae, Pteridaceae, Thelypteridaceae. Jenis Pteridophyta yang paling banyak ditemukan berasal dari Famili Polypodiaceae, yaitu 5 jenis. Jenis Pteridophyta yang telah ditemukan antara lain tumbuh tegak di atas tanah, pada celah batu, namun ada juga yang di atas pohon. Hasil penelitian ini dijadikan rekomendasi sumber belajar biologi KD 3.8 kelas X sub konsep Pteridophyta.
