Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic that changed the order of people's lives, and public health, which is a right for every human being. The efforts of the Serang City Government to prevent and break the chain of Covid-19 transmission with the Covid-19 vaccination program. This study aims to determine how successful the implementation of the Covid-19 Vaccination Program is to protect the public from Covid-19 exposure in Serang City. In this study, researchers chose to use descriptive analysis techniques with a qualitative approach and use the theory of evaluation criteria from William N. Dunn which consists of 6 indicators namely (1) Effectiveness, (2) Efficiency, (3) Adequacy, (4) Equity, (5) Responsiveness, (6) Accuracy. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination program in Serang City has succeeded in reducing mortality and morbidity due to Covid-19 and creating herd immunity in the community. However, in its implementation there are still some shortcomings, namely, the achievement of vaccination doses 2 and 3 which has not been fully achieved, this is influenced by the availability of the Covid-19 vaccine which is currently only available at several health centers and is limited, In its implementation, there are still problems such as in the input process and there are still people who have not received certificates even though they have vaccinated against Covid-19. Therefore, the Health Office of Serang City and health centers throughout Serang City must consistently socialize the Covid-19 vaccination program and provide sufficient vaccine stock so that the Covid-19 vaccination program can be fully realized.

| Additional Information: | Pandemi Covid-19 yang merubah tatanan kehidupan masyarakat, dan kesehatan masyarakat yang merupakan hak bagi setiap manusia. Upaya Pemerintah Kota Serang untuk pencegahan dan memutus rantai penularan Covid-19 dengan program vaksinasi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan Program Vaksinasi Covid-19 untuk melindungi masyarakat dari paparan Covid-19 di Kota Serang. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti memilih menggunakan teknik deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan teori kriteria evaluasi dari William N. Dunn yang terdiri dari 6 indikator yaitu (1) Efektivitas, (2) Efisiensi, (3) Kecukupan, (4) Perataan, (5) Responsivitas, (6) Ketepatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program vaksinasi Covid-19 di Kota Serang telah berhasil menurunkan angka kematian dan kesakitan akibat Covid-19 serta menciptakan herd immunity dalam masyarakat. Akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yaitu, capaian vaksinasi dosis 2 dan 3 yang belum tercapai sepenuhnya hal tersebut dipengaruhi karena ketersediaan vaksin Covid-19 yang saat ini hanya ada di beberapa puskesmas saja dan terbatas, dalam pelaksanaannya masih mengalami kendala seperti pada proses penginputan dan juga masih ada masyarakat yang belum mendapatkan sertifikat padahal sudah melakukan vaksinasi Covid-19. Oleh karena itu Dinas Kesehatan Kota Serang dan juga puskesmas di seluruh Kota Serang harus secara konsisten dalam mensosialisasikan program vaksinasi Covid-19 serta menyediakan stok vaksin yang cukup sehingga program vaksinasi Covid-19 dapat terealisasikan secara sempurna. | |||||||||
