Abstract

Research on the Movement Structure of the Gita Surosowan Banten Color Guard Marching Band is motivated by the existence of movements that are not easy using equipment and has its own level of difficulty for assessing a performance in the movement structure and training process of the Gita Surosowan Banten Color Guard Marching Band Movement. The purpose of this research is to find out the Movement Structure and Movement Training Process of the Gita Surosowan Banten Color Guard Marching Band. The research method used is Qualitative Descriptive with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it was found that in the Movement Structure of the Gita Surosowan Banten Color Guard Marching Band there are initial movements such as spin movements, toss movements, angle exercise movements, rowing movements, core movements consisting of butterfly movements, curving movements, Indiana movements, creadle movements, and The final movement is the warming up movement. The Color Guard Movement Training process contains 3 mandatory elements, including: introduction to tools such as flags, rifles and sabres. Mastery of physical exercise, namely mastery of basic ballet and gymnastics. And mastery of expression.

Additional Information:	Penelitian Struktur Gerak Color Guard Marching Band Gita Surosowan Banten dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya gerak yang tidak mudah dengan menggunakan equitment dan mempunyai tingkat kesulitan tersendiri bagi penilaian suatu penampilan yang ada di dalam struktur gerak dan proses pelatihan Gerak Color Guard Marching Band Gita Surosowan Banten.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Struktur Gerak dan Proses Pelatihan Gerak Color Guard Marching Band Gita Surosowan Banten. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data antara lain observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa di dalam Struktur Gerak Color Guard Marching Band Gita Surosowan Banten terdapat gerak awal seperti gerak spin, gerak toss, gerak angle exercise, gerak dayung, gerak inti terdiri dari gerak butterfly, gerak curving, gerak Indiana, gerak creadle, dan gerak akhir yaitu gerak warming up. Proses Pelatihan Gerak Color Guard ini terdapat 3 unsur wajib yang digunakan diantaranya: pengenalan alat seperti flag, rifle, dan sabre. Penguasaan olah tubuh yaitu penguasaan basic ballet dan gymnastic. Dan penguasaan ekspresi.
