Abstract
Nia Sutriajuniati. NIM. 072789. SKRIPSI. Efektivitas Organisasi Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia Provinsi Banten Dalam Menghadapi Pekan Olahraga Nasional ke XVIII di Riau. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas Organisasi, KONI Provinsi Banten Fokus penelitian ini adalah tentang efektivitas Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia Provinsi Banten dalam rangka menghadapi Pekan Olahraga Nasional ke XVIII di Riau. Dimana Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia Provinsi Banten merupakan salah satu organisasi keolahragaan yang berpotensi dalam pembinaan prestasi olahraga di kota/kabupaten se-Provinsi Banten. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat efektifitas organisasi Komite Olahraga di Provinsi Banten dalam mewujudkan prestasi ke XVIII di Riau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Atlet/Kontingen PON Banten, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportional area random sampling dengan rumusan Taro Yamane didapatkan 70 orang sebagai sampel yang tersebar di 8 KONI Kota/Kabupaten. Teori yang digunakan adalah menurut Tangkisan (2005:314) terdapat 4 indikator yaitu :Pencapaian target, Kemampuan adaptasi (fleksibilitas), Kepuasan Kerja, dan Tanggung jawab. Sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Untuk menganalisa data menggunakan uji hipotesis t-test satu sampel dengan uji pihak kanan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat efektifitas organisasi Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia Provinsi Banten sudah sangat efektif. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa angka t-hitung > t-tabel (28,40 > 1.667) yang didukung dengan hasil pencapaian efektifitas sebesar 84,27% dari angka minimal 60%, jadi kesimpulannya adalah terdapat pengaruh efektifitas organisasi Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia Provinsi Banten terhadap pembinaan dan prestasi atlet/kontingen PON, walaupun masih terdapat permasalahan lainnya tetapi masih dapat diselesaikan dengan baik. Saran peneliti dalam meningkatkan efektifitas organisasi Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia Provinsi Banten lebih di tingkatkan dalam penyedian sarana dan prasarana olahraga, pembinaan secara lebih sistematis.

Where the Indonesian National Sports Committee of Banten Province is one of the potential sport organization in coaching sports achievements in city / county all over Banten Province. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of organizational effectiveness in Banten Province Sports Committee in realizing XVIII achievements in Riau. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study are all Athletes / PON contingents of Banten, with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling area with Taro Yamane formula obtained a sample of 70 people spread across 8 KONI City / County. The theory used is according to parry (2005:314) there are four indicators, namely: Achievement of targets, Adaptability (flexibility), Job Satisfaction, and responsibility. As for the data collection techniques researchers use interviewing techniques, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. To analyze the data using the hypothesis test of one sample t-test to test the right side. Based on the results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the organization of the National Sports Committee of Indonesia Banten Province has been very effective. The results of the calculation states that the number t count> t-table (28.40> 1,667) are supported by the results of the effectiveness of the achievement of 84.27% of the rate of at least 60%, so the conclusion is that there is influence organizational effectiveness Indonesian National Sports Committee of the Banten Province through coaching and achievements of athlete / contingent PON, although there are other issues but still can be done well. Researcher’s suggestion in improving organizational effectiveness of Indonesian National Sports Committee in Banten Province is increasing the provision of sport facilities and infrastructure, fostering a more systematic way. |
