Abstract
This study aims to develop and to determine the feasibility of interactive e-module media based on socio scientific issues to increase students science literacy on biodiversity material. The research method used in this research is a research and development method with a 3D model which consist of define, design, and development stages. The research conducted from May to December 2023 at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, SMAN 1 Padarincang, and SMAN 2 Kota Serang. The research subjects were 3 (three) material experts, 3 (three) media experts, 2 (two) biology teachers, 18 grade X students of SMAN 1 Padarincang and SMAN 2 Kota Serang. Based on the results of expert validation on the material aspect obtained an average value of 88.74% (very feasible category), the media aspect obtained an average value of 96.73% (very feasible category). The results of the development test were carried out to 2 (two) teachers getting an average score of 89.88% (very feasible category), and to 18 students getting an average score of 82.48% (very feasible category). Based on these assessment, the socio scientific issue based on interactive e-module to increase students science literacy is very suitable to be used as a learning resource on biodiversity material.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan media e-modul interaktif berbasis socio scientific issue untuk meningkatkan literasi sains siswa pada materi keanekaragaman hayati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan model 3D yang terdiri dari tahap define, design, dan development. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei - Desember 2023 di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, SMAN 1 Padarincang, dan SMAN 2 Kota Serang. Subjek penelitian yaitu 3 (tiga) ahli materi, 3 (tiga) ahli media, 2 (dua) guru biologi), 18 siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Padarincang dan SMAN 2 Kota Serang. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli pada aspek materi diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 88,74% (kategori sangat layak), aspek media diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 96,73% (kategori sangat layak). Hasil uji pengembangan dilakukan kepada 2 (dua) guru mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 89,88% (kategori sangat layak), dan kepada 18 siswa mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 82,48% (kategori sangat layak). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka e-modul interaktif berbasis socio scientific issue untuk meningkatkan literasi sains siswa sangat layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar pada materi keanekaragaman hayati. | |||||||||
