Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the effectiveness of the Jalan Kabupaten Mantap Betul (Jakamantul) Program affects the satisfaction of the people of Pandeglang Regency. Problems regarding the Jakamantul Program arose when the roads affected by the program were built, such as weak supervision in development, ineffective development time, the impact of development felt directly by the community, non-conformity of road specifications, so the author wants to see whether the community is satisfied with the Jakamantul program and whether the satisfaction is influenced by the effectiveness of the Jakamantul program. This study uses the main theories of program effectiveness from Sutrisno and Customer Satisfaction from Rangkuti which then become the main variables in the study. In this study, quantitative methods were also used by measuring the relationship between variables by analyzing using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of SPSS AMOS. The results obtained by researchers through the SEM analysis process by measuring the relationship between the variables of Program Effectiveness and Community Satisfaction show that Pandeglang Regency Community Satisfaction in the Jakamantul Program is not influenced by the Effectiveness of the Jakamantul Program.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Efektivitas Program Jalan Kabupaten Mantap Betul (Jakamantul) berpengaruh kepada Kepuasan Masyarakat Kabupaten Pandeglang. Persoalan mengenai Program Jakamantul muncul saat dibangunnya jalan-jalan yang terdampak program seperti lemahnya pengawasan dalam pembangunan, kurang efektifnya waktu pembangunan, dampak pembangunan yang dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat, ketidaksesuaian spesifikasi jalan tersebut, dengan begitu penulis ingin melihat apakah masyarakat puas dalam Program Jakamantul dan apakah kepuasan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh efektivitas Program Jakamantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori utama efektivitas program dari Sutrisno dan Kepuasan Pelanggan dari Rangkuti yang kemudian menjadi variabel utama dalam penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini pula digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengukur hubungan antar variabel dengan analisa menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan banuan SPSS AMOS. Hasil yang didapati oleh peneliti melalui proses analisis SEM dengan mengukur hubungan antar variabel Efektivitas Program dengan Kepuasan Masyarakat menunjukan bahwa Kepuasan Masyarakat Kabupaten Pandeglang dalam Program Jakamantul tidak dipengaruhi oleh Efektivitas Program Jakamantul tersebut. | ||||||
