Abstract

This research aims to find out how the principles of good governance are implemented in public services at the Serang State Administrative Court. Effective and efficient services are very necessary to resolve the increasing number of cases at the State Administrative Court. The realization of quality public services is one of the characteristics of good governance. The application of the principles of good governance is very important in the implementation of good and quality public services at the Serang State Administrative Court, of course increasing public trust in judicial institutions in deciding every case submitted by the public. With the presence of good governance principles in public services, it will be known whether these principles are truly implemented and the benefits felt by the parties, employees and staff at the Serang State Administrative Court. This research was conducted using a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. This research obtained data from the field by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects used in this research were PTSP court staff, PTSP employees, and litigants. This research produces conclusions about theapplication of good governance principles in the Serang State Administrative Court. Supported by innovations that continue to be created and developed by the Serang State Administrative Court. However, there is a slight obstacle in its implementation, namely that there are still people who do not understand how to use the technological innovation created by the Serang State Administrative Court.By implementing good governance at the Serang State Administrative Court, the Serang State Administrative Court can provide optimal and appropriate services asexpected by litigants.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance dalam pelayanan publik di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Serang. Pelayanan yang efektif dan efisisen sangat diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan perkara yang semakin meningkat di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara. Terwujudnya pelayanan publik yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu ciri good governance. Penerapan prinsip good governance sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Serang yang baik dan bermutu tentunya meningkatkan kepercayann masyarakat terhadap lembaga peradilan dalam memutuskan setiap perkara yang diajukan oleh masyarakat. Dengan diterapkannya prinsip-prinsip good governance dalam pelayanan publik akan diketahui apakah prinsip-prinsip tersebut benar-benar diterapkan dan dirasakan manfaatnya oleh para pihak, pegawai maupun staff di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Serang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Serang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini memperoleh data dari lapangan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah staff pengadilan PTSP, pegawai PTSP, dan pihak yang berperkara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Serang. Didukung dengan adanya inovasi-inovasi yang terus diciptakan serta dikembangkan oleh Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara serang. Namun ada sedikit hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu masih terdapat masyarakat yang belum mengerti menggunakan inovasi teknologi yang diciptakan oleh Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Serang. Dengan diterapkannya good governance di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Serang maka Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Serang dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal dan sesuai yang diharapkan oleh pihak yang berperkara.
