Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) melinjo leaves (Gnetum gnemon) on the growth of kangkung plants (Ipomoea reptans) hydroponically, the research facts are applied to the concept of plant growth and development as a teaching media recommendation. This study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) in three treatments with three replications. The treatments were P0 (100% AB mix), P1 (100% POC melinjo leaves), and P2 (50% AB mix + 50% POC melinjo leaves). The observation parameters measured were plant height, root length, leaf length, number of leaves, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, and total chlorophyll content. The average growth of kangkung plants at 28 days after planting (HST) was analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney further test. The results showed that the nutrient content of melinjo leaf POC was low, so the growth was less than optimal. The results of statistical tests on the provision of three different types of nutrients only produce an effect on plant dry weight. Furthermore, the facts of the research in the form of making melinjo leaf POC and hydroponic plant cultivation are applied as biology learning content, especially plant growth and development material in various learning media. Learning media that can be developed are Augmented reality and Virtual reality, interactive e-LKPD, visits to hydroponic gardens, websites, learning videos, magazines, and songs.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk organik cair (POC) daun melinjo (Gnetum gnemon) pada pertumbuhan tanaman kangkung (Ipomoea reptans) secara hidroponik, selanjutnya fakta-fakta penelitian diaplikasikan pada konsep pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman sebagai rekomendasi media ajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pada tiga perlakuan dan tiga kali ulangan. Perlakuan tersebut yaitu P0 (100% AB mix), P1 (100% POC daun melinjo), dan P2 (50% AB mix + 50% POC daun melinjo). Parameter pengamatan yang diukur berupa tinggi tanaman, panjang akar, panjang daun, jumlah daun, berat basah tanaman, berat kering tanaman, dan kadar klorofil total. Rata-rata pertumbuhan tanaman kangkung pada 28 hari setelah tanam (HST) dianalisis menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis dan uji lanjut Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan hara POC daun melinjo rendah, sehingga pertumbuhannya kurang optimal. Hasil uji statistik pada pemberian tiga jenis nutrisi yang berbeda hanya menghasilkan pengaruh pada berat kering tanaman. Selanjutnya, fakta-fakta penelitian berupa pembuatan POC daun melinjo dan budidaya tanaman hidroponik diaplikasikan sebagai konten pembelajaran biologi khususnya materi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman dalam berbagai media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran yang dapat dikembangkan berupa Augmented reality dan Virtual reality, e-LKPD interaktif, kunjungan ke kebun hidroponik, website, video pembelajaran, majalah, dan lagu. | |||||||||
