Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning by utilizing the Tiktok application on student creativity in Pancasila and Civics Education (PPKn) subjects at Negeri 5 Junior High School Serang City. This study, using a quasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were all ninth grade students at Negeri 5 Junior High School Serang City who were enrolled in the 2023/2024 school year with a total of 424 people who served as the population and obtained the final results of the research sample with a total of 81 people. Researchers used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to measure student creativity. Based on hypothesis testing using simple linear regression test, the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.00 <0.05. So, it can be said that there is a positive influence by utilizing the Tiktok application on student creativity in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 5 Serang City.

Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Serang yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024 dengan total jumlah 424 orang yang dijadikan sebagai populasi dan mendapatkan hasil akhir sample penelitian dengan jumlah 81 orang. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen berupa angket untuk mengukur kreativitas siswa. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana diperoleh nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0.00<0.05. Sehingga, dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Tiktok terhadap kreativitas siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Serang.
