Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Business Environment Uncertainty, Interdependence and Organizational Structure Against the Characteristics of Management Accounting Information Systems in Manufacturing Companies in Banten. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with purposive sampling technique to the respondents. Respondents in this study were financial managers, accounting managers, production managers, HR managers and marketing managers with a total of 45 respondents. Data analysis techniques using SEM with the help of Smart PLS 3.2.7 software. The results of the study prove that the uncertainty of the business environment, interdependence and organizational structure have a positive effect on the characteristics of management accounting information systems. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Ketidakpastian Lingkungan Bisnis, Saling Ketergantungan Dan Struktur Organisasional Terhadap Karakteristik Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di Banten. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling kepada para responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah manajer keuangan, manajer akuntansi, manajer produksi, manajer SDM dan manajer pemasaran dengan total 45 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 3.2.7. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Ketidakpastian lingkungan bisnis, saling ketergantungan dan struktur organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap karakteristik sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen. Kata kunci : Ketidakpastian Lingkungan Bisnis, Saling Ketergantungan, Struktur Organisasional dan Karakteristik Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen.
