Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the Computer Training Program Management at LKP Lautan Cendikia Mulia Global Academy in Tangerang City. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. The data analysis involves Reduction Stage, Data Presentation, and Verification Stage. The study results indicate that In program planning, it is evident that the planning process is carefully designed and structured, following steps from Training Needs Analysis to preparing facilities and infrastructure. The program implementation includes basic computer operation teaching with a focus on Microsoft Word and communication skills. Non-government instructor with competency certificates plays a crucial role in ensuring that the training aligns with the established objectives. Despite facing challenges in participant commitment, the strategy of providing practice or simulation successfully overcomes these obstacles. Program evaluation is carried out through computer training simulation practical tests, showing a significant improvement in participants' abilities, with some even achieving success as independent computer entrepreneurs. Impact evaluation and certificate issuance provide a comprehensive overview of the program's contribution to participants career development. This research highlights the success of the Computer Training Program Management at LKP Lautan Cendikia Mulia Global Academy in Tangerang City while providing a foundation for recommendations for improvement and future development.

Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Manajemen Program Pelatihan Komputer Di LKP Lautan Cendikia Mulia Global Academy Kota Tangerang. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan Tahap Reduksi, Penyajian Data, Tahap Verifikasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa; Dalam perencanaan program, terlihat bahwa proses perencanaan dirancang dengan cermat dan terstruktur, mengikuti langkah-langkah mulai dari Analisis Kebutuhan Pelatihan hingga Menyiapkan Sarana dan Prasarana. Pelaksanaan program mencakup pengajaran dasar pengoperasian komputer dengan fokus pada Microsoft Word dan keterampilan komunikasi. Instruktur non-ASN dengan sertifikat kompetensi berperan penting dalam memastikan pelatihan sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Meskipun dihadapi tantangan dalam komitmen peserta, strategi pemberian praktek atau simulasi berhasil mengatasi kendala tersebut. Evaluasi program dilakukan melalui tes praktik simulasi pelatihan komputer, menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta, bahkan beberapa di antaranya telah mencapai kesuksesan sebagai pelaku usaha mandiri di bidang komputer. Evaluasi dampak dan pemberian sertifikat memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang kontribusi program terhadap perkembangan karier peserta. Penelitian ini menyoroti keberhasilan Manajemen Program Pelatihan Komputer di LKP Lautan Cendikia Mulia Global Academy Kota Tangerang, sambil memberikan landasan untuk rekomendasi perbaikan dan pengembangan di masa mendatang | |||||||||
