Abstract
The safety of workers is very important for the continuity of activities in the company. But there are still many who pay less attention to comfort and safety when doing work. This is because the existing work facilities in the company are not supported by appropriate methods, this can cause workers to experience the risk of injury and complaints at work. The types of complaints that can be caused are very diverse - including stiffness, swelling, aches and others. The factors that cause these complaints are various - such as inadequate work facilities, work that is done repeatedly, lack of knowledge about the work environment and so on. The evaluation of work postures was carried out using the RULA method with manual assessment and using CATIA software. Research on improving work postures was carried out at PT Parkland World Indonesia 2 which is located at Jalan Raya Serang KM.68, Nambo Ilir, Kec. Kibin, Serang Regency, Banten. The research time was carried out for 1 month. hydraulic table that uses body dimensions Elbow height (D4), Hip height (D5), Vertebral bone height (D6), Shoulder side width (D17), Knee height (D15), Side arm length dimension (D32) and Maximum grip diameter (Dgmak). And using the 95th percentile for the handle of the elbow height dimension of 104 cm. The height of the storage plate uses the 95th percentile for and 5 of the dimensions of the vertebrae height and knee height so that the height is 78 at the top and 52 at the bottom. The width of the table uses the 95th percentile of the shoulder side width of 57 cm. The height of the hydraulic pressure regulator uses the 95th percentile of the hip height of 98 cm.

| Additional Information: | Keselamatan para pekerja sangatlah penting untuk keberlangsungan aktivitas di perusahaan. Tetapi masih banyak yang kurang memperhatikan kenyamanan dan keselamatan pada saat melakukan pekerjaan. Hal itu disebabkan karena fasilitas kerja yang ada di perusahaan tidak didukung oleh metode yang sesuai, hal ini dapat menyebabkan para pekerja dapat mengalami resiko cedera dan keluhan – keluhan pada saat bekerja. Jenis keluhan yang dapat ditimbulkan sangat bermacam – macam diantaranya kaku, bengkak, pegal – pegal dan lainnya. Faktor – faktor yang menyebabkan adanya keluhan tersebut bermacam – macam seperti fasilitas kerja yang kurang memadai, pekerjaan yang dilakukan beRULAng – ulang, minimnya ilmu pengetahuan tentang lingkungan kerja dan lain sebagainya Evalusi postur kerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode RULA dengan penilaian secara manual maupun menggunakan software CATIA.Penelitian mengenai perbaikan postur kerja ini dilakukan di PT Parkland World Indonesia 2 yang beralamatkan Jalan Raya Serang KM.68, Nambo Ilir, Kec. Kibin, Kabupaten Serang, Banten. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 1 bulan. meja hidrolik yang menggunakan dimensi tubuh Tinggi siku (D4), Tinggi pinggul (D5), Tinggi tulang ruas (D6), Lebar sisi bahu (D17), Tinggi lutut (D15), Dimensi panjang rentangan tangan kesamping (D32) dan Diameter genggaman maksimal (Dgmak). Serta menggunakan persentil 95 untuk pegangan dari dimensi tinggi siku sebesar 104 cm. Tinggi plat penyimpanan menggunakan persentil 95 untuk dan 5 dari dimesi tinggi tulang ruas dan tinggi lutut sehingga tinggi nya 78 bagian atas dan 52 bagian bawah. Lebar meja menggunakan persentil 95 dari lebar sisi bahu sebesar 57 cm. Tinggi pengatur tekanan hidrolik menggunakan persentil 95 dari tinggi pinggul sebesar 98 cm. | |||||||||
