Abstract

Classroom Management is a multifaceted concept and views about classroom and it’s styles can be categorized in various ways. This study was focus on the classroom itself. Therefore, This study was intended to describe the Classroom Management on the SMPN 05 Kota Serang, the use of teaching learning process in class of the eight grade students in SMPN 05 Kota Serang. This study was also aimed to give some contributions concerning the Classroom Management Strategy and the students participation on the use in teaching learning process in class. This study is qualitative research. The writer had chosen who taught the eight grade students of SMPN 05 Kota Serang in the academic year of 2017/2018 and the subjects were two Teachers. On the research the writer describe the process of organizing teaching and learning process in SMPN 05 Kota Serang, by applying interview and observation on the teachers. The writer could conclude that the T1 got 72% and T2 got 70% in managing the classroom, they applied the classroom strategies from opening until closing, used seating arrangement during the teaching learning process, explained the material well, giving motivation, positive attitude and build the relationship with students The challenges that teachers faced in classroom management is classroom condition and students who have misbehavior. To solve the challenge, teachers observing the classroom first and giving warn to students who disrupt the classroom.
