Abstract

This research discusses identifying the risks of the precast concrete supply chain in the construction of the Rusunawa Tongkol Project, North Jakarta. From the preliminary survey, relevant indicators will be obtained for each flow variable so that they can be used as a reference in conducting the main survey. The main survey results will be processed using the SEM v 4.0 program The risks that affect supply chain activities at the North Jakarta Tongkol Rusunawa Development Project. Risks are the financial flow, information flow and material flow variables with an R-Square value of 0.697 and the demand flow variable, design flow with an R-Square value of 0.126 and 0.111. Variables that meet the structural model assessment criteria are, financial flow has a significant positive effect on the risk impact as indicated by a parameter coefficient of 0.419, demand flow has an insignificant positive effect on the impact, namely 0.385 and design flow has an insignificant positive effect of 0.366. The high category risk that affects supply chain activities in the North Jakarta Tongkol Rusunawa Development Project is the financial flow variable on the impact of the risk of decreasing profits on contractors, namely: There is an increase in the tax rate for the production of goods or services (X2.4) by 26.4%, fluctuations in the exchange rate money (X2.5) with 24.0% and late payments (X2.1) with 17.3%. Efforts to handle high category risks are carried out by interviewing experts by providing risk response survey tables in the form of preventive and curative actions..

Additional Information: Penelitian ini membahas tentang mengidentifikasi risiko rantai pasok beton precast pada pembangunan Proyek Rusunawa Tongkol Jakarta Utara. Dari survei pendahuluan akan didapat indikator yang relevan pada setiap variabel aliran sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam melakukan survei utama. Hasil survei utama akan diolah menggunakan program SEM v 4.0 Risiko-risiko yang mempengaruhi aktivitas rantai pasok pada Proyek Pembangunan Rusunawa Tongkol Jakarta Utara Risiko ialah pada variabel aliran finansial, aliran informasi dan aliran material dengan nilai R-Square 0,697 dan variabel aliran demand, aliran design dengan nilai R-Square 0,126 dan 0,111. Variabel yang memenuhi kriteria penilaian model struktural yaitu, aliran finansial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap dampak risiko yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisen parameter sebesar 0,419, aliran demand berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap dampak yaitu sebesar 0,385dan aliran design berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan sebesar 0,366. Risiko kategori tinggi yang mempengaruhi aktivitas rantai pasok pada Proyek Pembangunan Rusunawa Tongkol Jakarta Utara yaitu variabel aliran finansial terhadap dampak risiko penurunan keuntungan terhadap kontraktor yaitu : Terjadi peningkatan tarif pajak produksi barang atau jasa (X2.4) dengan 26,4%, fluktuasi kurs mata uang (X2.5) dengan 24,0% dan pembayaran yang te rlambat (X2.1) dengan 17,3%. Upaya penanganan risiko kategori tinggi dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap pakar dengan memberikan tabel survei respon risiko berupa tindakan preventif maupun tindakan kuratif.
