Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the correlation between students’ learning style and students’ result in Science at sixth grade of SDN Cikupa 4 Kabupaten Tangerang. The method used in this research is quantitative research and statistic analysis correlation technique Pearson Product Moment. This research was conducted in SDN Cikupa 4 at fourth grade in the second semester year 2014/2015. Population in this research was all the students in fourth grade and only used one class as the subject sampling. The data collected was taken from students’ result and questionnare. The result of this research showed that the calculation of significance α = 0,05 so that Ttable = 2,056. Based on the calculation, Tcount ≥ Ttable or 4,692 ≥2,056 showed that there is a significance correlation between variable X and Y. According to the result of this research, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between students’ learning styles perception and students’ result in Science at fouth grade in Cikupa 4 Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata IPA kelas IV SDN Cikupa 4 Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis statistik korelasi pearson product moment. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Cikupa 4 kelas IV semester II tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV dengan sampel penelitian diambil 1 kelas secara Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar dan angket. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan dalam taraf signifikan = 0,05 sehingga diperoleh = 2,056. Ternyata atau 4,692 2,056 menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara variabel x dan y. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara persepsi gaya belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas IV SDN Cikupa 4 Kabupaten Tangerang.
