Abstract
This study aims to: (1) determine whether there is an influence of fieldwork practices on student job readiness; (2) knowing whether there is an effect of work motivation on student job readiness; (3) knowing whether there is an effect of communication skills on student job readiness; (4) determine whether there is an influence of fieldwork practices and work motivation on student job readiness; (5) determine whether there is an effect of work motivation and communication skills on student job readiness;(6) know whether there is an effect of fieldwork practices and communication skills on student job readiness; (7) Knowing whether there is an influence of fieldwork practices, work motivation, and communication skills on student job readiness.. This research is a type of survey research with an Ex-Post Facto approach. This research was conducted at vocational schools throughout Serang Regency with the aim of being grade 12 students. The instruments used included questionnaires for testing field work practice instruments, work motivation, communication skills and work readiness. The results of this research are (1) there is a significant influence of field work practices on job readiness by 6%, (2) there is a significant influence of work motivation on job readiness by 2.9%, (3) there is a significant influence of communication skills on job readiness by 5 .5%, (4) there is a significant influence of field work practices and work motivation on work readiness by 6.7%, (5) there is a significant influence of work motivation and communication skills on work readiness by 5.7%, (6) there is an influence Field work practices and communication skills have a significant impact on work readiness at 7%, and (7) there is a significant influence of field work practices, work motivation and communication skills on work readiness at 7%.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survei dengan pendekatan Ex-Post Facto. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK se-Kabupaten Serang dengan tujuan siswa kelas 12. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar angket uji coba instrumen praktik kerja lapangan, motivasi kerja, keterampilan komunikasi, dan kesiapan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 6%, (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 2,9%, (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan keterampilan komunikasi terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 5,5%, (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan praktik kerja lapangan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 6,7%, (5) terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja dan keterampilan komunikasi terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 5,7%, (6) terdapat pengaruh signifikan praktik kerja lapangan dan keterampilan komunikasi terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 7%, dan (7) terdapat pengaruh signifikan praktik kerja lapangan, motivasi kerja, dan keterampilan komunikasi terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 7%. | |||||||||
