Abstract
M. DINUL ROCHMAT NIM. 6661092032 Judul Skripsi.Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (MUSRENBANG) Tahun 2012 di Kecamatan Cibeber Kota Cilegon. Pembimbing Bapak Gandung Ismanto, MM. pembimbing II Ibu Rahmawati, S.Sos. M.Si. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Musrenbang Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) Tahun 2012 di Kecamatan Cibeber Kota Cilegon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 59 orang dan untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teori efektivitas yang digunakan adalah teori menurut Gibson dalam Tangkilisan mengenai efektivitas pelaksanaan musrenbang. Dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) Tahun 2012 di Kecamatan Cibeber Kota Cilegon kurang efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mencapai 60,72 dari angka minimal 65% persen dan grafik skala penilaian hasil penelitian menunjukan berada pada titik kurang efektif. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengajukan saran sebagai perbaikan atas perbaikan masalah diatas antara lain dibuatkan bagan atau alur jalannya strategi yang akan dilaksanakan oleh panitia dan peserta kegiatan musrenbang di Kecamatan Cibeber, Dengan membuat bagan atau alur strategi tentu saja tujuan yang hendak ingin dicapai oleh peserta dan panitia kegiatan musrenbang berjalan dengan baik serta transparasi ke masyarakat pun akan berjalan dengan baik pula.

Based on the result showed that the Effectiveness Of The Implementation Of Development Palnning (Musrenbang) in 2012 Cibeber Of Cilegon City not effectiveness.Based on the result reached 60,72 percent of the minimum rate at 65 percent and the graph scale assesment of the result showed in the position is not effectiveness.so, in this result, the result to show some idea as improvement based on the problem, made or flow chart the course of the strategy to be implemented by the organizers and participants of the activities in the District musrenbang Cibeber, By creating a chart or flow strategy certainly want the goals to be achieved by participants and organizers musrenbang activities run smoothly and transparency to the public will go well anyway. |
