Abstract
One effort to improve students' personal safety skills is with group guidance. This study aims to develop a guidebook for implementing guidance groups using symbolic modeling techniques, the aim is to make it easier for Guidance and Counseling teachers to carry out guidance groups and provide an overview and innovation in implementing guidance groups using symbolic modeling techniques and is expected to be able to improve students' personal safety skills through activities Interesting mentorship group. The method used is the research and development (R&D) method by adapting the simple ADDIE model in three stages, namely the analysis, design and development stages. The data collection technique used is to conduct expert feasibility tests on the products being developed. The data analysis technique to test the feasibility of product development is to use the eligibility criteria from Arikunto. The results of the material expert test stated that the proportion of material acquisition was 94%, encouraging curiosity, the proportion was 80%, presentation techniques, straightforward, communicative, conformity with language rules, the proportion was 100%. While the results of the media expert test stated that the proportion of book acquisition was 60%, design included the proportion of book acquisition was 83% and book content design was 83%. The results of the product development feasibility test conducted by one media expert lecturer and one material expert lecturer from both of them obtained an average assessment result of 84.5%, meaning that the guidebook for implementing group guidance using the discussion method made by researchers is included in the "proper" criteria.

Additional Information: | Personal safety skills merupakan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa, oleh karenanya haruslah ada upaya untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan personal safety skills. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan ialah pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui pemanfaatan media bimbingan dan konseling. Oleh karenanya penelitian yang akan dilakukan untuk mengembangkan buku panduan pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik symbolic modeling, dengan harapan akan memudahkan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam melaksanakan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik symbolic modeling dan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan personal safety skills siswa melalui kegiatan bimbingan kelompok yang menarik. Menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) penelitian ini dilakukan, dan ADDIE menjadi model yang diadaptasi untuk pelaksanaan penelitian yang disederhanakan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu tahap analisis, perancangan dan pengembangan. Uji kelayakan ahli menjadi teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti lakukan dengan kriteria kelayakan yang dikembangkan oleh Arikunto. Hasil uji kelayakan untuk materipada indikator kesesuaian materi didapati persentase sebesar 94%, 80% untuk indikator mendorong keingintahuan, 100% untuk indikator teknik penyajian, lugas, komunikatif, kesesuain dengan kaidah Bahasa. Kemudian hasil uji kelayakan untuk media pada indikator ukuran buku didapati presentase sebesar 60%, 83% untuk indikator desain cover buku dan hasil yang sama dengan indikator cover buku pada indikator desain isi buku. Hasil uji kelayakan dari dua ahli, yakni materi dan media sebesar 84,5%, artinya buku panduan pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode diskusi yang dibuat peneliti termasuk dalam kriteria “layak”. | |||||||||
