Abstract

The implementation of the teaching factory at Tangerang Vocational School has been running in 2018, as time went by problems arose when BPS in February 2023 announced that Vocational School graduates were 9.6%, Banten was the first province to contribute a reduction of 7.97%, while the Tangerang highway hardening data, including the city of Tangerang 7 .16%, Tangerang district 7.88%, South Tangerang 6.59%, while the potential of Greater Tangerang has great potential in the industrial sector. The objectives of this research are 1) Implementation of a teaching factory at SMKN Tangerang, 2) the most dominant factors of teaching factories based on vocational schools, 3) less dominant factors of teaching factories based on vocational schools. 4) factors that influence teaching factories.This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The object of this research is a teacher in the TKRO department at SMKN Tangerang Raya. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive and confirmatory factor analysis. The research results showed that 1) the implementation of the teaching factory was based on well categorized factors, 2) The most dominant factor was the Industrial Relations Factor with a percentage value of 97% at SMKN 8 Tangerang Regency, 3) The less dominant factor was the product service factor at 67% at SMKN 2 South Tangerang, 4) the factors that influence the teaching factory are only 2 factors, because these 2 factors have passed the eigenvalue <1, with factor 1 namely service products having an eigenvalue of 24.434 with a percentage of variance of 76.357%, factor 2 namely Management having an eigenvalue of 1.306 with a percentage of variance of 4.080.

Additional Information: Pelaksanaan Teaching factory di SMKN Tangerang, sudah berjalan tahun 2018, dengan berjalan nya waktu masalah muncul ketika BPS Februari 2023 mengumumkan Lulusan SMK dengan 9,6%, Banten provinsi pertama penyumbang pengangguran sebanyak 7,97% sementara data pengangguran Tangerang raya, meliputi Tangerang kota 7,16%, Tangerang kabupaten 7,88% Tangerang selatan 6,59%, sedangkan potensi Tangerang raya memiliki potensi besar di sektor industri. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah 1) Implementasi teaching factory di SMKN Tangerang, 2) faktor paling dominan teaching factory berdasarkan SMK, 3) faktor kurang dominan teaching factory berdasarkan SMK. 4) faktor yang mempengaruhi teaching factory. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. obyek penelitian ini guru di jurusan TKRO di SMKN Tangerang Raya, Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis faktor konfirmatori. Hasil penelitian,didapatkan 1) implementasi teaching factory berdasarkan faktor dikategorikan dengan baik, 2) Faktor yang paling dominan ialah Faktor Hubungan Industri nilai presentase 97% di SMKN 8 Kabupaten Tangerang, 3) Faktor yang kurang dominan ialah faktor produk jasa 67% di SMKN 2 Tangerang Selatan, 4) fakor yang mempengaruhi teaching factory hanya 2 faktor, dikarenakan 2 faktor tersebut sudah melewati nilai eigenvalue <1, dengan faktor 1 yaitu produk jasa memiliki nilai eigenvalue 24,434 dengan percentage of variance 76,357%, faktor 2 yaitu Manajemen memiliki nilai eigenvalue 1,306 dengan percentage of variance 4,080.
