Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Cabang Cilegon / Under the Guidance Eloh Bahiroh, S.E., M.M dan Sri Ndaru Arthawati, M.M. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, culture organizational and commitmen organizational on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study in accordance with questionnaires and surveys. The sampling technique used the Non Probability Sampling method with the type of saturated sample totaling 60 respondents. Testing instruments using validity and reliability and methods of data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis with t test. Research done by using IBM SPSS (Statistical Package For the Social) v22. The results of hypothesis testing in the study showed that the transformational leadership style variables were obtained t arithmetic > t table (2.669> 1.67203), organizational culture variables obtained t arithmetic > t table (2.188> 1.67203), and organizational commitment variables obtained t arithmetic > t table (2.022> 1.67203). Then it can be concluded that transformational leadership style variables, organizational culture, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif sesuai dengan kuesioner dan survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Non Probability Sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 60 responden. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan uji t. Pengolahan data penelitian dengan menggunakan alat bantu software IBM SPSS (Statistical Package For the Social) v22. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional diperoleh thitung > ttabel (2,669 > 1.67203), variabel budaya organisasi diperoleh thitung > ttabel (2,188 > 1.67203), dan variabel komitmen organisasi diperoleh thitung > ttabel (2,022 > 1.67203). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
