Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of self-control on premarital sexual behaviour in adolescents at 10th grade 1 high school Bojonegara. This research used quantitative method with correlational type. The populations in this research is the all 10th grade 1 high Bojonegara is 350 students. Through the probability sampling method and simple random sampling techniques, 188 students become sampled. Data collection method use quesionnaires and scale measuring self-control and premarital sexual behaviour using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques are obtained from simple correlations results with a significance value of 0.000<0.05, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Then there is influence between self-control on premarital sexual behaviour in adolescents. The correlation value using the product moment Karl Pearson correlation was obtained by-0.627 which means the self-control variable and sexual behaviour variable have a negative relationship, where the higher the self-control the lower the premarital sexual behaviour. The result of the coefficient of determination showed that the contribution of self-control to premarital sexual behaviour in adloescents was 39,3%.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja pada peserta didik kelas X di SMAN 1 Bojonegara. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Bojonegara yaitu 350 peserta didik. Melalui metode probability sampling teknik simple random sampling, sebanyak 188 peserta didik menjadi sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan pengukuran skala kontrol diri dan perilaku seksual pranikah menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data diperoleh hasil korelasi sederhana dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000<0.05, yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, maka terdapat pengaruh antara kontrol diri terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja. Nilai korelasi menggunakan korelasi product moment Karl Pearson didapatkan hasil -0,627 yang berarti variabel kontrol diri dan variabel perilaku seksual pranikah memiliki hubungan yang negatif dimana semakin tinggi kontrol diri maka semakin rendah perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja begitupun sebaliknya. Hasil koefisien diterminan didapatkan sumbangan pengaruh kontrol diri d terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja sebesar 39,3%. | |||||||||
