Abstract
Health is a human right of every human being, be it adults, young people and children. Children are valuable assets both for themselves, their families and society. In order to support children's growth and development optimally, this can be done by carrying out health checks from an early age. Posyandu provides maternal and child health services to make it easier for people to get access to health services, especially for pregnant women, babies and toddlers. This research aims to determine community participation and maternal and child health services at Posyandu Nusa Indah I Onyam Village, Gunung Kaler District, Tangerang Regency. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research that has been carried out show that: (1) Community participation, especially those with babies and toddlers and pregnant women, is still low. Therefore, there needs to be several efforts made by both cadres, health workers and the community. (2) Maternal and child health services are quite good, but there still needs to be improvement, such as on Posyandu opening days, health workers such as pediatricians, obstetricians and health instructors should be present to accompany village cadres and midwives.

| Additional Information: | Kesehatan merupakan hak asasi setiap manusia, baik itu orang dewasa, anak muda dan anak-anak. Anak merupakan aset yang berharga baik bagi dirinya sendiri maupun keluarga dan masyarakat. Guna mendukung tumbuh kembang anak secara maksimal maka dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan sejak dini. Posyandu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak guna memudahkan masyarakat mendapatkan akses layanan kesehatan khusunya bagi ibu hamil, bayi dan balita. Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat serta pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak di Posyandu Nusa Indah I Desa Onyam, Kecamatan Gunung Kaler, Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa: (1) Partsipasi masyarakat khusunya yang memiliki bayi dan balita serta ibu hamil masih rendah. Oleh sebab itu perlu ada beberapa upaya yang dilakukan baik dari kader, petugas kesehatan dan juga masyarakat. (2) Pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak sudah cukup baik, tetapi masih perlu ada peningkatan seperti pada saat hari buka Posyandu petugas kesehatan seperti dokter anak, dokter kandungan, dan penyuluh kesehatan sebaiknya ikut hadir mendampingi kader dan bidan desa. | |||||||||
