Abstract
This research aims to describe (1) What is the role of BUMDes Bersama in increasing community income in Ciruas District (2) What are the results of the role of BUMDes Bersama in increasing community income in Ciruas District. The approach used is a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources in this research consisted of 9 people, namely 1 chairman of the UPK BUMDes Bersama Ciruas District and 8 customers of BUMDes Bersama Ciruas District. The research results show that (1) The role played by Village-Owned Enterprises Together with UPK Ciruas LKD Serang Regency in Increasing Community Income has been carried out well in accordance with its proper role even though it has not involved the condition of available natural resources. (2) The results of the role of BUMDes Bersama in increasing community income in Ciruas District are the results of the role of Village-Owned Enterprises with UPK Ciruas LKD Serang Regency in increasing community income, which is in accordance with the indicators of increasing income, namely: the quality of human resources whose latest education is very influential on income results because the higher the education and experience, the more income increases, the state of available natural resources is quite varied but is not relevant to the business being run.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Bagaimana peran BUMDes Bersama dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat di Kecamatan Ciruas (2) Bagaimana hasil peran BUMDes Bersama terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat di Kecamatan Ciruas. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakain ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 9 orang, yaitu 1 orang ketua UPK BUMDes Bersama Kecamatan Ciruas dan 8 orang nasabah BUMDes Bersama Kecamatan Ciruas. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Peran yang dilakukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Bersama UPK Ciruas LKD Kabupaten Serang Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Masyarakat sudah terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan peran yang seharusnya walaupun belum melibatkan dengan kondisi sumber daya alam yang tersedia. (2) Hasil peran BUMDes Bersama terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat di Kecamatan Ciruas yaitu Hasil dari peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa Bersama UPK Ciruas LKD Kabupaten Serang Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Masyarakat yaitu sudah sesuai dengan indikator peningkatan pendapatan yaitu: kualitas sumber daya manusia yang pendidikan terakhirnya sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil pendapatan karena semakin tinggi pendidikan dan pengalamannya banyak maka pendapatan semakin meningkat, keadaan sumber daya alam yang tersedia cukup bervariatif namun tidak relevan dengan usaha yang dijalankan. | |||||||||
