Abstract
Human resources in the organization are very important, so disturbances in the management of human resources affect the entire performance of the organization. According to Gibson et al. (2012)'s performance theory, there are three main factors that influence performance, including leadership, motivation, and conflict. The institution that has responsibility for the administration of regional heads is the Administration and Protocol Bureau (Setda) of Banten Province. As for employee complaints about employee performance that is disrupted due to busy leadership activities, it can have an impact on high working hours for employees. This can make employees work beyond the set working hours as they should, resulting in pressure that makes conflict prone between employees. In this case, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, which means that the higher one's motivation, the higher one's performance (Alhusaini et al., 2022). In terms of leadership, attention needs to be paid because this bureau is quite unique because its main duties and functions serve regional heads and deputy regional heads, who are included in the category of state officials resulting from the political system, so that the political element is thick, making employees here have to be able to adapt quickly and be under pressure. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of leadership, work motivation, and work conflict on ASN performance. Research metodology use quantitive methods. The population studied same as sample was 81 people. The sampling technique uses a census method. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires Research data processing uses respondent data analysis with the help of SPSS 16. Statement testing is carried out descriptive analysis tests, and classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests. Testing using multiple regression analysis. The conclusion of the study is leadership, work motivation, and work conflict have a proportion of influence on performance of 57.0%. There is a positive and significant influence between leadership on the performance of employees. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on the performance of employees. There is a negatif and significant influence between work conflict on the performance of employees performances. The results of the study show that leadership, work motivation, and work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: | Sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi sangat penting, sehingga gangguan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia mempengaruhi seluruh kinerja organisasi. Menurut Gibson et al (2012) performance theory terdapat tiga faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja diantaranya kepeminpinan, motivasi, dan konflik. Institusi yang mempunyai tanggung jawab terhadap administrasi pimpinan kepala daerah yaitu Biro Administrasi Pimpinan dan Protokol Provinsi Banten. Adapun keluhan pegawai tentang kinerja pegawai yang terganggu akibat padatnya kegiatan pimpinan dapat berdampak pada jam kerja yang tinggi bagi para pegawai, hal tersebut dapat membuat pegawai bekerja melebihi jam kerja yang ditetapkan sebagaimana mestinya sehingga terjadi tekanan yang membuat rawan konflik antar pegawai. Dalam hal ini bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu dapat berarti semakin tinggi motivasi seseorang maka semakin tinggi kinerja seseorang (Alhusaini et al., 2022). Pada masalah kepemimpinan perlu diperhatikan karena Biro ini termasuk cukup unik karena tugas pokok dan fungsinya melayani kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah yang termasuk dalam kategori pejabat negara yang dihasilkan dari sistem politik sehingga unsur politiknya kental membuat pegawai harus cepat beradaptasi dan penuh tekanan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, konflik kerja terhadap kinerja ASN. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah populasi sama dengan sampel yaitu 47 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara sensus. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan analisis data responden dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Pengujian pernyataan dilakukan uji analisa deskriptif penelitian dan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji multikolinieritas. Pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan konflik kerja memiliki proporsi pengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 57,0%. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara konflik kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan konflik kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. | |||||||||
