Abstract

Human resources are the integrated ability of the intellect and physical power possessed by individuals; their behavior and characteristics are determined by their heredity and environment, while their work performance is motivated by the desire to fulfill their satisfaction (Hasibuan, 2012). Accordingly, it can be seen that the theory of job satisfaction, which adheres to Herzberg's theory in this case, states that there are factors that influence job satisfaction, which include the individual person, situational variables, and the job in question. One of the organizations engaged in the field of public services is the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Banten Province. As a government organization, it must be able to provide maximum service to the DPRD as a stakeholder whose function is to represent the people. The continuity of these institutions needs to be supported so that they can provide quality services, one of which is to support these activities, namely the role of HR in carrying out these services. From the results above, it can be seen that the largest number of correspondents who answered dissatisfied was 19 people (59.4%), and those who were satisfied were 13 people (40.6%). So it can be seen that some employees are still dissatisfied with the respondent's work. Based on the above, the findings in the field are that there is still a high rate of job dissatisfaction with 19 people (59.4%), which is currently quite high, so it is feared that it will reduce the performance of these employees, so job satisfaction is a vital factor. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work stress, workload, and work environment on ASN job satisfaction at the Banten Province DPRD Secretariat. The research method used involves a population of 100 people. The sampling technique uses a census method. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires Research data processing uses respondent data analysis with the help of SPSS 21. Statement testing is carried out by validity and reliability tests, research descriptive analysis tests, and classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests. Testing using multiple regression analysis. The conclusion of the study is there is positive significant influence of work stress, workload, and work environment on ASN Job Satisfaction at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Banten Province

Additional Information: Sumber daya manusia adalah kemampuan terpadu dari daya pikir dan daya fisik yang dimiliki individu, perilaku dan sifatnya ditentukan oleh keturunan dan lingkungannya, sedangkan prestasi kerjanya dimotivasi oleh keinginan untuk memenuhi kepuasannya (Hasibuan, 2012). Menurut hal tersebut dapat di lihat bahwa teori kepuasan kerja yang menganut teori Herzberg dalam hal ini dapat di lihat bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja yaitu mencakup individu tersebut seseorang, variabel situasional, dan pekerjaan yang bersangkutan. Salah satu organisasi yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan publik adalah Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Banten. Sebagai organisasi pemerintah harus mampu memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal pada DPRD sebagai stakeholder yang secara fungsinya yaitu perwakilan rakyat. Kelangsungan instansi tersebut perlu di dukung agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas, salah satunya untuk mendukung kegiatan tersebut yaitu peran SDM dalam melaksanakan pelayanan tersebut. Dari hasil di atas dapat di lihat bahwa jumlah koresponden yang menjawab tidak puas terbesar yaitu 19 orang (59,4%) dan yang puas yaitu 13 orang (40,6%). Jadi dapat di lihat bahwa sebagian pegawai masih ada yang tidak puas terhadap pekerjaan responden tersebut. Berdasarkan hal di atas maka temuan di lapangan yaitu masih tingginya angka ketidakpuasan kerja pegawai 19 orang (59,4%) saat ini cukup tinggi sehingga dikhawatirkan yaitu akan menurunkan kinerja pegawai tersebut, sehingga kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu factor yang vital. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menguji pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja ASN di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan jumlah populasi 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara sensus. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan analisis data responden dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Pengujian pernyataan dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji analisa deskriptif penelitian dan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji multikolinieritas. Pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Kesimpulan yang di dapat yaitu terdapat pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja ASN di Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Banten.
