Abstract

The development of the times is increasing, making internet technology, and competition is also growing, supported by digital marketing. However, digital marketing carried out by V'nice Bakery, Donuts & Coffee has yet to be maximized. It causes the V'nice Bakery, Donuts & Coffee management to make the right decision in product digital marketing so V'nice Bakery, Donuts & Coffee can reach more market share and create new product innovation in competitive business competition by making the proper alternative strategy. This research analyzed internal and external environmental conditions to create the right alternative strategy. The method used in this research are IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix. The research result shows eight priority alternative strategies that V'nice Bakery, Donuts & Coffee can implement based on the result of the QSPM matrix analysis.

Additional Information: Perkembangan zaman yang semakin meningkat membuat teknologi dan persaingan turut meningkat dengan didukungnya ekonomi digital atau pemasaran digital membuat pada pelaku usaha harus memiliki strategi pemasaran yang tepat agar dapat bersaing denagn para kompetitor. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor internal dan ekternal pada usaha V’nice Bakery, Donuts & Coffee dan menganalisis alternatif strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan pada usaha V’nice Bakery, Donuts & Coffee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis matriks IFE, matriks EFE, matriks IE, matriks SWOT, dan matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan delapan prioritas alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh V’nice berdasarkan hasil analisis matriks QSPM.
