Abstract
This research was conducted on the basis of the researcher's concern that adolescent morals are declining. This research and development aims to find out how to develop a moral intelligence training module for students as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of researching moral intelligence training for students. The method used in this research is Reseacrh and Development (R&D). This research procedure uses the 4D model, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, and (4) Disseminate. The test results from material experts amounted to 83.3%, language experts amounted to 90%, media experts amounted to 93.1%, practitioner perception experts amounted to 100%. In general, the module is said to be feasible with an average of 92%. After limited trials in experimental and control groups, it shows that there is an effect of module media on increasing students' moral intelligence at SMK Negeri 4 Pandeglang. The process of moral intelligence training has supporting factors, namely module media, schools and teachers, and family environment, then inhibiting factors, namely the learning process, different student characteristics, community environment and friendship environment.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar keresahan peneliti bahwa moral remaja semakin menurun. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara pengembangan modul pelatihan kecerdasan moral untuk siswa serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses penelitan pelatihan kecerdasan moral untuk siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Reseacrh and Development (R&D). Prosedur penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D, yaitu (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, and (4) Disseminate. Hasil uji coba dari ahli materi sebesar 83,3%, ahli bahasa sebesar 90%, ahli media sebesar 93,1%, ahli persepsi praktisi sebesar 100%. Secara garis besar modul dikatakan layak dengan rata-rata sebesar 92%. Setelah uji coba terbatas pada kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif media modul pelatihan meningkatan kecerdasan moral siswa di SMK Negeri 4 Pandeglang. Proses pelatihan kecerdasan moral ada faktor pendukung yaitu media modul, sekolah beserta guru, dan lingkungan keluarga, lalu faktor penghambat yaitu proses belajar, karakteristik siswa yang berbeda-beda, lingkungan masyarakat serta lingkungan pertemanan. | |||||||||
